Work Arrangement / Work Shift: EST Remote / Part-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation and configuration of NetSuite Bill Capture. In this role, you will leverage strong Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay process knowledge to support client-facing projects and optimize post-go-live performance. This position offers an opportunity to deliver high-impact technical and functional solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with NetSuite Bill Capture.

• Configuring Bill Capture preferences, approval workflows, vendor bill automation, and OCR document processing.

• End-to-end implementation or post-implementation with NetSuite Bill Capture.

• Post-go-live optimization and troubleshooting.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• 5+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience.

• Client Facing: Yes. Strong client-facing communication skills are required.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience troubleshooting Bill Capture issues and working with Google OCR/AI or similar document capture technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.

• Experience integrating AP automation solutions with NetSuite is preferred.

• Preferably end-to-end implementation experience with NetSuite Bill Capture.

• At least one successful Bill Capture implementation is highly preferred.
