Position Title: NetSuite Technical Consultant/Developer

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform. In this role, you will collaborate with functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical realities, ensuring seamless integrations and optimal platform performance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting system defects, enhancing features, and maintaining high-quality code standards to support our ongoing growth and optimization projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x) customizations including:

  • User Event scripts

  • Client scripts

  • Scheduled / Map-Reduce scripts

• Build and support integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware)

• Customize NetSuite records, workflows, forms, and approvals

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite defects in sandbox and production environments

• Participate in NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects

• Support integration planning, testing, and deployment activities

• Ensure code quality and follow best practices for version control and change management

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite development or ERP development

• Strong proficiency in:

  • SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x

  • JavaScript

• Experience working with:

  • NetSuite records, workflows, and saved searches

  • API integrations (REST/SOAP)

• Understanding of NetSuite platform capabilities and limitations

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience with:

  • SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA)

  • Shopify or other eCommerce integrations

  • Celigo or integration platforms

• Exposure to:

  • NetSuite OneWorld environments

  • Data migration tools

• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Developer)

• Experience in a consulting environment
