Advisory Support Analyst

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-potential, early-career professional to join our team as an Advisory Support Analyst. This role is designed for someone intellectually curious, highly organized, and eager to build a strong foundation in advisory, origination, and commercial operations. You will act as the operational backbone of the team, supporting deal flow, client engagement, internal coordination, and reporting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own reporting and pipeline tracking: Deliver weekly and monthly reports, validate data across teams, and track progress across projects and commercial activity
Manage CRM (Salesforce) systems end-to-end: Create and maintain opportunities, leads, and contacts, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups
Support proposals and core materials: Draft proposals and engagement documents, and maintain presentations, templates, and internal trackers
Drive business development support: Execute outreach campaigns, manage inbound and outbound requests, follow up with prospects, and research new opportunities
Coordinate operations and team workflows: Organize meetings, onboarding, events, and ensure alignment across internal teams
Own market and client tracking: Monitor key accounts and updates, prompting stakeholders to maintain regular engagement
Improve processes and leverage AI tools: Identify efficiency opportunities and help implement tools to streamline daily workflows
What You’ll Need:
Early-career professional with a strong academic background or equivalent practical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential)
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, self-starting mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Analytical and intellectually curious, able to quickly grasp new concepts and business contexts
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
