Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with a deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and a dedicated focus on Warehouse Management System (WMS) enablement.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and customization of NetSuite’s SCM and WMS modules for our clients. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics are seamlessly integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Solution Architecture & Implementation

• Lead the functional design and deployment of NetSuite ERP, specifically focusing on NetSuite WMS, Advanced Inventory, and SCM modules.

• Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement-gathering sessions with warehouse and supply chain stakeholders.

• Configure NetSuite to support advanced warehouse flows, including inbound receiving, putaway strategies, wave picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.

Consulting & Subject Matter Expertise

• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for all warehouse operations, mobile device integration (RF/barcode scanning), and logistics workflows.

• Provide strategic recommendations on supply chain best practices, inventory optimization, and material handling efficiency.

• Design and execute comprehensive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts and lead client training sessions for warehouse staff and management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with technical teams (SuiteScript developers and integration engineers) to scope and test custom solutions, scripts, and API integrations with 3PLs or hardware.

• Partner with Project Managers to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.

What You’ll Need:

NetSuite Expertise

• Experience: 4+ years of hands-on functional NetSuite consulting or implementation experience.

• WMS Focus: Proven track record of successfully deploying NetSuite WMS (or NetSuite WMS Lite) from scratch, including mobile RF smart architecture configuration.

• SCM Mastery: Deep understanding of NetSuite SCM modules, including Demand Planning, Procurement, Order Management, Work Orders & Assemblies, and Fulfillment.

Domain Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of core warehousing concepts: zone/bin management, FEFO/FIFO lot tracking, serialization, and cross-docking.

• Familiarity with NetSuite's data structure, Saved Searches, Advanced PDFs, and custom field/record creation.

• Ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, system bottlenecks, and hardware/scanner connectivity issues.

Soft Skills

• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language for warehouse floor staff and executives alike.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced project environments.
