Senior NetSuite Finance Support Analyst
Work Arrangement / Work Shift: WFH / Full Time Employment / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Timezone)
Role Overview:
The Senior NetSuite Finance Support Analyst supports day-to-day operations of key internal applications across departments such as Finance, HR, and Legal. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP and finance processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. The successful candidate will also manage European localization requirements, with a particular focus on Italy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support for internal applications.
Support Finance systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, Payhawk, Concur, and related applications.
Investigate, triage, and resolve user issues, defects, and incidents.
Work with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve system issues.
Perform regular system checks to support availability, performance, and data quality.
Support NetSuite Finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, month-end, and period-close activities.
Support European localization requirements, especially Italian localization.
Assist with system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and releases.
Support UAT, regression testing, and post-release validation.
Create and maintain SOPs, support guides, service catalogues, and system documentation.
Communicate clearly with users during incidents, releases, downtime, and issue resolution.
Support access controls, data security, and operational controls.
Join service review and operational meetings when required.
Manage small projects, own project tasks, coordinate stakeholders, track actions, and drive delivery to completion.
What You’ll Need:
Experience in application support, preferably for NetSuite, Finance, ERP, or enterprise systems.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP Finance.
At least 4 years of NetSuite Finance experience.
Finance background and strong understanding of finance operations.
Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Month-end close, Approval workflows, and Finance controls.
Experience supporting European countries and localizations, especially Italy.
Experience in implementing 5+ NetSuite modules.
Ability to manage support tickets, investigate issues, find root causes, and follow through until resolution.
Project management experience, with the ability to manage small projects, own tasks end-to-end, coordinate stakeholders, track actions, and drive delivery to completion.
Strong written and spoken English.
Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
Able to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and practical.
Service-minded and hands-on.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
What Will Set You Apart:
NetSuite certification is preferred.
Experience with Coupa, Payhawk, Concur, or similar finance tools.
Experience in a global or multi-entity company.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Freshservice, or similar tools.
Experience supporting ERP integrations with third-party applications.
Understanding of user access management, change management, audit requirements, and system controls.
Experience supporting releases, UAT, regression testing, and documentation.
