Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / 8AM - 5PM EST

Role Overview: We're hiring a NetSuite Consultant with strong manufacturing domain knowledge to lead functional workstreams from discovery through go-live across discrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead discovery workshops and translate manufacturing processes into NetSuite configuration plans

• Configure manufacturing modules: multi-level BOMs, work orders, assembly builds, routing, WIP, co-products/by-products, and lot/serial management

• Design inventory solutions including warehouse transfers, bin management, demand planning, consignment, and cycle counting

• Configure costing methods (standard, average, FIFO/LIFO), COGS flows, and production variance analysis

• Support integration design with third-party systems (EDI, cXML, shipping, shop floor) via middleware such as Boomi or Celigo

• Lead data migration for item masters, BOMs, inventory balances, and open transactions

• Deliver functional training, documentation, QA, and UAT facilitation

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience with a manufacturing focus

• Strong understanding of production scheduling, shop floor control, MRP, and quality management

• Experience with NetSuite inventory, purchasing, and order-to-cash flows

• Excellent client-facing communication - able to bridge technical and business stakeholders

What Will Set You Apart:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant certification

• Experience in regulated environments (ISO, AS9100, ITAR, FDA/GMP, CMMC)

• Exposure to Advanced Manufacturing, remanufacturing, or core deposit workflows

• Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, or saved search design for production reporting
