Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Services Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of accounting services while ensuring accurate costing, pricing, and profitability across all client engagements. This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen, particularly in evaluating and structuring service costs

What You’ll Be Doing:

Service Delivery & Client Management

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of accounting services for multiple clients

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and deliverables

• Act as the main point of contact for clients on accounting and financial matters

• Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality standards

Costing, Pricing & Profitability

• Develop and manage costing models for all accounting services offered

• Analyse service scope, resource requirements, and pricing structures

• Review contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), and billing terms to ensure accurate costing

• Provide insights on margins, profitability, and cost optimization opportunities

• Partner with leadership on pricing strategies and client proposals

Financial Reporting & Accounting Oversight

• Review monthly financial statements, including:

  • Profit & Loss

  • Balance Sheet

  • Variance Analysis

• Oversee reconciliations, month-end close, and adjusting journal entries

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Billing, AR/AP & Revenue Management

• Oversee billing cycles, invoicing, and collections processes

• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging

• Ensure proper revenue recognition and cash flow management

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals

• Allocate resources effectively across client engagements

• Establish and improve processes, controls, and workflows

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Systems & Process Improvement

• Leverage ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero) for reporting and efficiency

• Implement automation and process enhancements in accounting and costing workflows
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field

• CPA preferred

• 6–10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role

• Strong experience in costing, pricing, and financial analysis of accounting services

• Proven background in managing end-to-end accounting operations (R2R, P2P, O2C)

• Experience working in a client-facing or outsourced/shared services environment

• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero)
