Work Arrangement / Work Shift: WFH / EST

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Accounting (AA) to support and optimize our NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of financial processes, multi-entity structures, and revenue recognition within NetSuite, particularly in complex global environments. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance scalable NetSuite solutions that support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead client discovery sessions and gather business requirements

• Design, configure, and implement NetSuite Advanced Accounting solutions

• Support and manage complex OneWorld environments

• Configure and optimize:
  - Multi-entity and multi-currency structures
  - Cross-subsidiary reporting
  - Financial consolidations
  - Intercompany accounting
  - Cumulative Translation Adjustment (CTA)

• Implement and support ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) / Revenue Recognition

• Configure and maintain SuiteTax and Legacy Tax setups

• Support financial close and reporting improvements

• Provide client training and documentation

• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Accounting (AA)

• Demonstrated experience with:
  - OneWorld
  - Multi-entity environments
  - Multi-currency accounting
  - Consolidations
  - Intercompany processes
  - CTA
  - ARM / Revenue Recognition
  - SuiteTax and/or Legacy Tax

• Strong accounting background with deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS

• Experience in client-facing consulting roles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience working with or integrating Workday, Avalara, Concur. ADP or FullClarity
