Role Overview: We're looking for a NetSuite Application Developer who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You'll be the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams — translating complex financial processes into scalable system solutions.

While strong NetSuite expertise is essential, what will set you apart is your ability to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and work effectively with people across disciplines and geographies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end requirements process: engage stakeholders, document business needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications

• Design and deliver NetSuite solutions — including workflows, customisations,and integrations — from scoping through go-live

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead testing and quality assurance efforts, and support end-users through training and documentation

• Support day-to-day system maintenance and handle BAU troubleshooting,diagnosing and resolving issues across NetSuite and connected platforms

• Contribute to the expansion of our financial systems ecosystem
  

What You’ll Need:

Technical

• Experience with multiple types of scripts: UserEvent, Client, Suitelet,Wizard, Map/Reduce, Scheduled, RESTlet, Workflow Action…

• Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting operations

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite's core financial modules (GL, AP, AR,Fixed Assets, etc.)

• Proficiency in NetSuite customisation and development tools: SuiteScript,SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk

• Experience designing and implementing integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems

• Track record of delivering projects end-to-end, from requirements through deployment

Interpersonal & Organisational

• Excellent communication skills — you can adapt your message for a FinancialDirector and a developer in the same afternoon

• Experience working in cross-functional, internationally distributed teams

• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS integration platforms

• Familiarity with treasury management systems (e.g. Kyriba)

• NetSuite certifications (e.g. NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation)

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

• Curiosity and willingness to expand into new financial tools
