Supply Chain Project Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Project Manager to
oversee end-to-end inventory planning and execution across our operations. This role will be responsible for managing production timelines, vendor communication, cost tracking, freight
coordination, and warehouse logistics, ensuring a seamless flow of goods from manufacturing
through fulfillment. This role will work closely with the demand planning function and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasting alignment, strong inventory management, and on-time execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Production & Inventory Management
Own and manage all inventory production timelines across SKUs and vendors
Track purchase orders from creation through delivery
Partner closely with demand planning to align production with forecast needs
Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag risks (stockouts, overstock, delays)
Ensure inventory readiness to support product launches and key business milestones
Purchase Order & Item Master Coordination
Work closely with the PO Placement Manager to ensure timely and accurate PO creation
Maintain and manage the item master list, ensuring all SKU data is accurate and up to date
Ensure alignment across item setup, costing, and production requirements
What You’ll Need:
4–7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project management
Experience working with international vendors and logistics partners
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (non-negotiable)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, trackers, analysis)

Experience in CPG, beauty, or consumer goods
Experience working with 3PLs and warehouse operations
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Understanding of freight, duties, and import/export processes
