Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Project Manager to
oversee end-to-end inventory planning and execution across our operations. This role will be responsible for managing production timelines, vendor communication, cost tracking, freight
coordination, and warehouse logistics, ensuring a seamless flow of goods from manufacturing
through fulfillment. This role will work closely with the demand planning function and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate forecasting alignment, strong inventory management, and on-time execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Production & Inventory Management

• Own and manage all inventory production timelines across SKUs and vendors

• Track purchase orders from creation through delivery

• Partner closely with demand planning to align production with forecast needs

• Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag risks (stockouts, overstock, delays)

• Ensure inventory readiness to support product launches and key business milestones

Purchase Order & Item Master Coordination

• Work closely with the PO Placement Manager to ensure timely and accurate PO creation

• Maintain and manage the item master list, ensuring all SKU data is accurate and up to date

• Ensure alignment across item setup, costing, and production requirements
  

What You’ll Need:

• 4–7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project management

• Experience working with international vendors and logistics partners

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (non-negotiable)

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, trackers, analysis)

• Experience in CPG, beauty, or consumer goods

• Experience working with 3PLs and warehouse operations

• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

• Understanding of freight, duties, and import/export processes
