Lead Generation Specialist
Work Shift: Night Shift
Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, Pasig for (with opportunities for work-from-home flexibility after 3 weeks of onsite training).
We are looking for highly driven, disciplined individuals who thrive in a metrics-driven environment and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality prospect data. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to consistently deliver accurate and qualified leads that support sales pipeline growth.
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying target companies, researching decision-makers, enriching contact data, and delivering high-quality leads that enable the Sales Development team to prospect effectively.
Success in this role requires strong research capability, attention to detail, structured workflows, and disciplined daily execution. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate databases and building trackers that ensure lead data remains organized, updated, and usable for the sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify and research target companies aligned with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Daily output snapshot to support outbound sales activity
- 60–100 accounts researched
- 30–40 contacts sourced
- 10–15 verified leads delivered per SDR
Conduct contact information enrichment, including verified phone numbers, business emails, and LinkedIn profiles
Use prospecting tools such as Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and verify contacts
Perform market and account research to identify decision-makers and buying committees
Maintain accurate and organized lead data within HubSpot CRM
Create and manage lead tracking systems and prospecting trackers to ensure accurate database maintenance
Monitor and maintain data quality, completeness, and accuracy across lead databases
Work closely with SDRs and the sales team to ensure lead quality supports effective outbound prospecting
Continuously improve prospecting workflows, research processes, and database management practices

What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in Lead Generation, Sales Prospecting, Data Research, or Business Development
Strong ability to identify and qualify target prospects
Experience with data enrichment and contact verification
Proficiency with prospecting tools such as Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience using HubSpot CRM is required
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience creating lead tracking sheets, prospect databases, or CRM data management systems
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to meet structured productivity and lead generation targets

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
