Role Overview:
The NetSuite NSPB Consultant plays a hands-on, client-facing role in the delivery, expansion, and standardization of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting capabilities. This role is responsible for implementing NSPB solutions, guiding customers through the transition from spreadsheet-based planning, supporting integrations, and contributing to the development of scalable delivery standards. Over time, this role offers growth into broader EPM solution architecture and practice leadership responsibilities. Success in this role is defined by strong functional delivery, clear client communication, reliable execution, and a continuous improvement mindset within a growing EPM practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

NSPB Delivery & Implementation

• Lead and support NetSuite Planning & Budgeting implementations, including requirements gathering, application configuration, metadata management, model setup, reporting, KPIs, and business rules.

• Guide customers transitioning from spreadsheet-based planning to NSPB-enabled processes.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities, and post-go-live hyper care.

Data Integration & Enablement

• Support integrations between NetSuite ERP and NSPB.

• Collaborate with integration teams on data migration and validation.

• Assist with non-NetSuite data inputs using Smart View or standardized templates.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Lead client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and enablement sessions.

• Translate business and financial planning requirements into practical NSPB solutions.

• Develop clear documentation, training materials, and implementation artifacts.

Presales & Practice Development

• Support presales activities, including demonstrations of NSPB Capabilities.

• Contribute to the development of delivery templates, standards, and best practices.

Presales & Practice Development

• Maintain fluency in NetSuite Planning & Budgeting capabilities and updates.

• Be open to learning other components of the NetSuite EPM suite.

• Participate in training and certification programs.

What You’ll Need:

• Approximately 1 year of hands-on NetSuite Planning & Budgeting experience.

• 2–3+ years of experience across NSPB and/or Oracle EPM solutions.

• Experience supporting planning, budgeting, and forecasting implementations.

• Strong functional skills in configuration, metadata management, reporting, and business rules.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to work US daytime business hours.
