Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Set-up / US Flexitime

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM/SCM Cloud Technical Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical deliverables, and collaborating closely with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning

• Apply technical knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with functional consulting staff on engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM/SCM Cloud solutions

What You’ll Need:

• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, FBDi (File Based Data Integration)

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, XML, Web Services, APIs (SOAP / Rest), Business Intelligence (FDI / OAC)

• Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas

• Minimum of three (3) years of Oracle HCM/ERP/SCM cloud implementation experience, with a strong preference for hands-on experience with one or more of the modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Projects, and Procurement

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, XML, Web Services, APIs (SOAP/REST), Business Intelligence (FDI/OAC)

• Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets with a minimum of one year of hands-on cloud experience may be entertained (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)

• Demonstrated analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel)

• Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide exceptional client service, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning

• Apply technical knowledge and expertise, working in collaboration with functional consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement teams, in the implementation of business-aligned Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM/SCM Cloud solutions
