Sales Administrative Assistant
Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Fully Remote / EST , Part-Time (20 hours per week) – will transition to Full-Time role
Role Overview:
This position also includes managing project tasks using tools like Jira and working extensively with Google Workspace to support the end-to-end quoting and order process. Strong attention to detail, comfort with administrative and repetitive tasks, and the ability to learn new systems and processes are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Reviewing customer quotes and project briefs for technical requirements
· Creating detailed RFQs for international vendors
· Vetting vendor responses for compliance, capacity, and quality standards
· Developing pricing models that incorporate landed costs, duties, and margins
· Building quote decks for internal stakeholders and client presentations
What You’ll Need:
· Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
· Experience in sales administrative support like quotation, pricing and project brief
· Proficient in Google Workspace (i.e.: Google Spreadsheet, Google Slide, Gmail)
· Ability to learn project management software (JIRA)
· Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
· High aptitude to learn new things
What Will Set You Apart:
· Knowledge on Photoshop or Illustration
· Experience in ERP (NetSuite)
