Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Set-up

Role Overview:

Focuses on supporting growing mid-market companies with their adoption of modern cloud-based technologies. These technologies enable our clients to scale in an efficient way that has never before been available to mid-market companies. Our approach is based upon a preference for the use of a unified business system that drives unnecessary complexity out of the business and improves visibility into results. We specializes in NetSuite and related cloud-based products because we have found an architecture based on unified business application platforms like NetSuite is best suited to growing middle market companies.

Our Tech/Integration Lead will leverage their experience to assist clients and project teams in the design and execution of custom solutions and integrations to enhance the delivery of NetSuite solutions. The Tech/Integration Lead will be responsible for the delivery of the technical workstream as defined in the integrated project plan.  The goal of every position is to ensure successful client implementation and/or optimization of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Utilize NetSuite knowledge to ensure successful customization/integration projects. 

• Manage technical team to ensure timely completion of tasks and tracking of activities

• Leverage the Project Management team to set project direction and monitor and report on project delivery. 

• Provide level-of-effort estimates for integration or other custom-scripted solutions.

• Provide feasibility feedback to the internal project team.

• Work with clients to gather and document clear requirements.

• Ensure all solutions delivered have been fully tested prior to cutover.

• Provide technical documentation as required.

• Train internal team and client on use of integrations and customizations.

• Track changes in scope and develop and manage change order approvals as needed.

What You’ll Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.

• 3-5 years’ experience with integration platforms with a preference for NetSuite as an end point. 

• 3-5 years’ experience scripting on NetSuite.

• Experience with Dell Boomi and Celigo integration tools.

• Experience providing an estimated level of effort for defined solutions.

• Experience leading technical resources.

• Experience designing solutions to meet requirements.

• Experience testing and troubleshooting integrations and scripted solutions.
