Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Set-up

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite System Architect with strong OneWorld expertise to lead the ongoing design, optimization, and scalable evolution of our NetSuite ERP environment. Having been live on NetSuite for one year, we are now focused on strengthening our multi-subsidiary architecture, improving end-to-end process alignment, and implementing maintainable, scalable solutions that support continued company growth.

This role will serve as the technical and functional architect for NetSuite, ensuring the platform is configured and customized to meet evolving business needs. The System Architect will also partner closely with the NetSuite Senior Administrator to support end users, resolve tickets, build saved searches, and design dashboards and KPIs.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Own and evolve the overall NetSuite architecture and roadmap

• Optimize multi-subsidiary OneWorld configuration and processes

• Design and implement scalable customizations (fields, forms, workflows, scripts)

• Build advanced saved searches, dashboards, and KPI scorecards

• Oversee integrations and third-party applications

• Support ticket resolution and end-user enablement

• Ensure governance, security, and best practices
  

What You’ll Need: 

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience

• Strong NetSuite OneWorld expertise, including multi-subsidiary operations, advanced taxes, and consolidated reporting

• Experience with SuiteFlow, saved searches, roles/permissions, and dashboards

• SuiteScript 2.x experience

• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Strong understanding of accounting and business processes

• Experience supporting a live production environment

This role requires a tech-savvy professional capable of mastering new software to maintain an efficient, paperless workflow. You will leverage strong communication and organizational skills to enhance operational effectiveness, ensuring all tasks are managed with high-level time management and precision.

What Will Set You Apart:

• NetSuite Certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer)

• Experience evaluating and implementing SuiteApps / third-party applications

• Experience with SDF and release management

• Experience in a post-implementation optimization phase
