Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / Part-time / Pacific timezone

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated integration consultant responsible for overseeing and maintaining the existing Boomi integration between Salesforce and NetSuite. The consultant will provide break-fix support, optimize integration flows, support subscription billing product launches, and act as the primary technical point of contact for the client.

This role requires strong hands-on Boomi experience, working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, and NetSuite functional understanding (especially billing and revenue recognition).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and maintain the live Boomi integration between Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring stability and performance

• Provide break-fix support and troubleshooting from Day 1

• Optimize and enhance existing integration processes and data flows

• Support new subscription billing product launches and related system updates

• Manage sandbox deployments, testing, and production releases

• Attend client meetings and act as the primary technical point of contact (Pacific time overlap required)
  

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience (functional and integration exposure)

• 3+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi experience (process building, mapping, connectors, monitoring)

• Strong Salesforce integration experience (APIs, object mapping, product sync)

• Experience working with NetSuite integrations (REST/SOAP, saved searches, records)

• Proven experience supporting live, managed services environments

• Ability to work with Pacific Time zone overlap and attend real-time client meetings

• Immediate availability preferred
