Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote/EST

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior NetSuite Developer to support the development, customization, and ongoing enhancement of our NetSuite ERP environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer who wants hands-on experience working with real-world business processes, integrations, and automation in NetSuite.

You will work closely with senior developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and maintain NetSuite solutions that support finance, operations, and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in developing and maintaining SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) solutions, including workflows, user event scripts, client scripts, and scheduled scripts

• Support customization of NetSuite records, forms, fields, and saved searches

• Help troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues and bugs in sandbox and production environments

• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of NetSuite enhancements

• Support integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs (as exposure grows)

• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Follow development best practices, version control, and change management processes

What You’ll Need:

• 2 + years of experience developing or supporting NetSuite or similar ERP platforms

• Basic experience with JavaScript (SuiteScript experience is a plus)

• Familiarity with NetSuite concepts such as records, workflows, saved searches, and roles/permissions

• Understanding of software development fundamentals (debugging, testing, documentation)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  

What Will Set You Apart:

• Exposure to SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics

• Experience with ERP, accounting, or business systems

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs or system integrations

• NetSuite certifications (or interest in pursuing them)

• Experience working in a consulting or fast-paced environment
