Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Onsite/Shifting Schedule

Role Overview:

The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role plays a key part in delivering network and security projects, from technical evaluation and architecture design through deployment and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for network infrastructure design, project deployment, and support maintenance service
• Participate in technical evaluation, technology study, network architecture design, and development
• Support the implementation and documentation of network & security projects
• Work closely with the project manager and technical lead, or vendor when necessary
• 7x24 support for critical case/project

What You’ll Need:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 2–5 years network & security project experience with at least 2 years post-sales support experience
• Knowledge of network switching & routing, wireless: OSPF, HSRP / VRRP, VPN, and QoS, etc., is required
• Certificate holder of CCNP/CCIE, HCIP/HCIE, H3CSE/H3CIE, or equivalent
• Deployment experience in:
– Network: Cisco / Huawei / H3C
– Wireless: Aruba / Cisco / Huawei
– Firewall: Cisco / Huawei / Palo Alto / Fortinet is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
